義大犀牛與中信兄弟7日交手，4局下陳凱倫上場打擊，獲得保送，他送給兄弟投手魔力一抹微笑，換到魔力一陣狂罵，陳凱倫認為，可能是他狀況不好，投出保送後自己心情受到影響。
陳凱倫說：「他應該是在罵我為什麼要點不點的，如果要點就棒子擺出來，不點就好好打，他可能覺得我影響到他投球，所以情緒上有點失控，但是我自己狀況不是很好，我只追求上壘幫助球隊。」

魔力這場比賽表現不理想，加上保送陳凱倫後情緒失控，只投了3.1局，掉了6分，退場時留下滿壘的局面，好在林克謙順利幫助他解決打者，化解危機。
對於最近狀況不好，陳凱倫笑說：「連球都打不到了，只能慢慢調整」，教練告訴他，之前太急著有表現，有時候打得好不一定會有安打，慢慢來，不要太心急。
